The Mandela Experience
Story
Mark gets an unexpected call from his friend, Cesar. Cesar's mom fainted and he doesn't know what happened. While he's on his way to the ER, he calls Mark to help him with turning on some cameras in his house, as he doesn't feel right with leaving his home empty and doesn't want to risk it getting it robbed again.
Note : This game is just a fan-game. I do not own all the assets used in the video. It has simply been created for entertainment purposes. All credits go to the original owners.
Warning : This game contains unnerving sounds and images
Playtime : 5-10 minutes
Bugs & Other Things :
- Bug : Opening the menu during certain cutscenes can break the game
- Bug : It's possible for the credits to not appear at the end of the game which leaves the player with just an empty black screen
- Sound Effects : Some sound effects are the default ones from the RPG Maker, breaking the immersion.

not kidding, when I got into the fight with Gabriel and I attacked him, my computer froze and for a MOMENT I thought I was actually fucked and Gabriel would come for me tehe good game 10/10 shit my pants

Solid game! The visuals are on point and the fight system was unexpected but fun. I feel like there are secrets I haven't yet discovered, such as that mysterious "Item" option that hasn't yielded anything in any of my playthroughs so far. I wish it wouldn't auto-forward some of the dialogue options (the ones that don't seem to be for creepy effect), and I wish there was an option to skip cut scenes, but other than that, the actual game content is fantastic. It definitely needs to be downloaded though, because the browser version is too buggy to stick with. But in all, it's a pretty short and sweet experience

Just refresh. I got the same thing (on a school chromebook) but I refreshed and it started working.

why was i halfway expecting mark to pull an omori and just go 'Mark did not succumb.'

For some reason I laughed way too loud at the error code "Error: argument must be a rectangle" Because I know nothing about coding so I have no clue what it means its just so silly
Yeah lol. I do not know why, but the game is broken when playing on the browser. The RPGMaker Engine isn't really the best at exporting games for HTML5, so just downloading the game and playing it on PC is better.

I was playing in my room in the dark with my laptop in front of me, headphones on and eating chocolates and nearly choked, my laptop froze during the fight scene, my cursor was stuck. Gabriel was accompanying me eyeing me down. I was scared shitless. I closed my laptop and it wouldn't turn off, I opened it and he was still there ;-; . My laptop eventually turned on afterward and it's alright now but even though I encountered that minor bug, I reckon this game is still worth playing. (still scared tho :D)

If you play the game on the browser, there will likely be some problems. I'm not sure why, I suppose RPGMaker isn't really good at exporting games for the Web. The game will run smoother if you download it, but I can see that being a bit of a hassle.

If you played it on the browser, there is the possibility of an error since it's not that stable. I recommend downloading the game file instead, there will likely won't be any problems and the game will play smoother.
If the problem persists, perhaps a google search might help. The engine is RPG Maker so there will likely be an easy fix

Sadly, there is no way to download the game on mobile. It is only available to play and download on laptops/computers from this page.

That is odd. If you tried to play it on the browser and it isn't working, perhaps you should download it. If it's the reverse, you should try the browser version. For other people it works. Keep in mind that it also depends what browser you're using.
